Newgate is a busy design-led business based in Oswestry, specialising in clocks and eyewear. We sell directly to customers through our own websites and Amazon, and we also supply a broad range of trade customers in the UK and internationally.

Everything happens under one roof, from design to e-commerce and logistic. Our team is closeknit, collaborative, and fully based onsite, so things move quickly and ideas are shared easily.

We’re looking for a graphic designer or 3D designer to join our creative studio. You’ll be working across a range of projects for our brands; Newgate Clocks, Jones Clocks and London Mole Eyewear. A large part of your role will be focused on our e-commerce platforms, particularly creating and managing listings across Shopify and Amazon. This includes imagery, graphics, layout, content and keeping everything looking sharp and onbrand.

You’ll be involved in product content and imagery, packaging artwork and digital marketing and social media content. There’s also room to expand into 3D modelling, rendering and printing, depending on your skill set.

We’re after someone who’s organised, detail driven and confident working both independently and as part of a creative team. Experience with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Rhino or VRay would be ideal, but attitude and taste matter just as much as ticking every software box.

In return, you’ll get a hands on creative role in a relaxed, design focused team, working onsite with like-minded people. There’s onsite parking, 28 days holiday including bank holidays, and we offer a holiday loyalty scheme that rewards long service. Salary will reflect your skills, experience and what you bring to the role.

The role is based at our HQ in Oswestry, operating between 08:30 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. We’re open to both full time and part time applicants. Start date will be as soon as we find the right candidate for the role.
