Unwanted returns

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you wish to return part or all of your order, you can do so within 30 days. Please use the returns form that came with the item, or download and print another here.

Items and their packaging must be returned in their original re-saleable condition. Once we have received your returns the item and packaging will be assessed and if in re-saleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 30 days. If the items are not in their original re-saleable condition we will deduct a discretionary percentage of the cost to allow for the deterioration of the product and will refund a proportion on the price you paid.

Please ensure you pack your item back in both the inner branded box and the outer shipping box. Both boxes are required, do not return the item in the inner branded box alone, or without any original packaging. If you no longer have the outer shipping box, use an alternative box with equivalent protection. Either way, the inner branded box must be included. Pop the returns form with the item in the parcel too.

Send the item back with a courier of your choice. We are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of return postage. We highly recommend using a signed, tracked and insured service in the event of the clock arriving broken, in which case it is unlikely we will be able to honour a refund.

Damages, faults or wrong item received

Please complete this form if you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty item.

We are really sorry to hear you have an issue and will try to resolve it for you as soon as possible.

If we cannot resolve your issue remotely we will issue an RTN number and email you a Royal Mail or Parcelforce drop off label so you can return the item easily and free of charge.
