All Newgate Clocks purchased directly from newgateworld.com are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers mechanical and material faults.
It does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper use or tampering
- Environmental damage (heat, humidity, moisture, sunlight)
- Physical damage
- Battery leakage
If your clock has a genuine fault within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair the clock, replace faulty parts, or supply a replacement clock (or a similar model if the original is unavailable).

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary by country. In the UK, your statutory rights are not affected.
