Newgate Repairs

We have a postal repair service that starts upwards of £60 for mantels, and upwards of £75 for wall clocks. We try to keep spares for clocks in our current range. You can also find local clock repair stores, and if you are happy to carry out a DIY repair you can find a huge selection of replacement aftermarket hands and movements on Amazon and eBay. Picture framers will often offer glass repairs.

Spare Parts

While we do have stock of some movements and hands from more recent years, we don’t hold spares from earlier models. Once our older stock runs out, we likely won’t be able to produce more. We've been crafting clocks for over thirty years, creating thousands of unique models with hundreds of different movements and thousands of hand designs. As a small company, it just isn’t possible to keep spares for every clock we’ve made.

Otherwise, you can easily find a wide range of aftermarket clock movements and hands online e.g. Amazon and eBay. If you're looking at carrying out a DIY repair on a clock, you can purchase movements and hands online, quickly and simply. While you may not find identical hand designs, we recommend checking and finding the closest match to your clock. Alternatively, you can visit your local clock repair shop, as they may be able to source parts for you. Just keep in mind this option might be a bit pricier.
