We're sorry to hear that you have an issue with your clock or watch.
If your Newgate wall clock, mantel clock or watch is within guarantee (12 months from date of purchase), you can return it to us for repair free of charge. Please submit the form below before returning any products. If your product is eligible for repair, we may ask you to email or post us a copy of your proof of postage so that we can refund this to you too.
If your Newgate wall clock, mantel clock or watch is out of guarantee we may still be able to action a repair for you at a minimum cost of £35. Unfortunately we are not able to offer repair on alarm clocks.
Please note that dependent on the type of repair this service can take up to 21 days.
Our repair service is only available within the UK. If you are situated outside of the UK please return your clock to the retailer where it was originally purchased.
