We're sorry to hear that you have an issue with your clock.
If your Newgate clock is within guarantee (12 months from date of purchase), you can return it to us for repair free of charge. Please email or post us a copy of your proof of postage so we can refund this to you too.
If your Newgate clock is out of guarantee we may still be able to action a repair for you for a minimum cost of £35.
Please note that dependent on the type of repair this service can take up to 21 days.
Our repair service is only available within the UK. If you are situated outside the UK please return your clock to the retailer where it was originally purchased.
